Bounce House in the House (Literally!)
A family with young children can only take so much "cold," right? What to do inside to expend all that energy?! You get creative. (Dare I say desperate!) When Santa gave the boys a Bounce House for Christmas, we had no intentions of blowing the damn thing up in our house, yet we have. We do. Frequently.

The Ross Law Firm, LLC
He's (WE!) done it. He has started his own law firm. This is a very exciting time for us! When Carson asked why Daddy was working from home more often, I told him Daddy started his own business called The Ross Law Firm. Carson replied, "I think his new business should be called HOME WORK since he works from home more." The beauty of owning your own business, Kid.

Weekend Recap
We spent a fair amount of time in the car this weekend, running errands and visiting family and friends. On Saturday, we hit Greensfelder Park before running errands in Eureka. After a cheese stick, potato wedge and chicken finger lunch on the fly at Walmart (Glamorous, no, but a necessity.), we headed to Luke B's birthday party. The boys loved the hot-dog-dorito-cup-cake-bounce-house-fest. After a lazy Sunday morning and a late church service, we hit Abby's "WinterONEderland" (Love the creativity, Toos! :) party and ate lots of sweets. We wrapped up Sunday with quality time on the couch, snuggling under blankies watching our favorite Disney movie.

NYE (family-style!)
Christmas at the Farm
We spent a few days at the farm celebrating with the Nelson clan. And while our trip seemed very short, we managed to celebrate the season with quality family time. (I must say, I thoroughly took advantage of my parents' hosting abilities rather than leveraging my own. You guys are hosting this again next year, right?! :)
