I work hard for the money.

For those of you familiar with the "projects" Nate and I do, you know that I have been on sabbatical from all things DIY since this past January. Well, kiss the "Nate Ross Project List" FMLA good-bye, because I (Yes, me only!) stripped and sealed our granite counter tops yesterday.

I kept telling Nate, "We better start this if we want to use our kitchen tomorrow." He didn't budge, so I started the project myself, thinking he'd eventually join in. He didn't, at least not until my silent treatment was undeniable.

Needless to say, Weekend Warrior Trish is back in business. Boo. Donna Summer sums it up best:
